Is Boss Brain available yet?
Not yet. Boss Brain is coming soon to iPhone and Android. Email us to hear when it launches.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. We'll send you a link to reset it. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive in a few minutes.
How do I delete my account and data?
On Home, tap the round button with your initial (or a person icon) in the top-right corner to open Account. Tap Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete. You can also reach it from What we keep and for how long under About and privacy on the same page. Deleting your account removes everything you own in Boss Brain, including uploaded files, and then your sign-in. It can't be undone. If you can't sign in, email us from the address on your account and we'll help.
Why did Boss Brain ask me to remove something I typed?
Boss Brain stops account, card and ID numbers and passwords before anything is sent to the AI. If you see "Remove account, card or ID numbers and passwords before continuing", take out the number and try again. Boss Brain doesn't need them.
The AI said something that looks wrong.
Boss Brain is an AI coach, and AI can make mistakes. Review everything before you use it, and keep decisions about people with you and your HR team. It is not legal or HR advice. If a reply seems off, email us what you asked and what you saw.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Once Boss Brain launches, subscriptions will be managed through your Apple ID (Settings › your name › Subscriptions) on iPhone, or the Google Play Store (Profile › Payments & subscriptions) on Android.
Do you offer team plans?
Not at launch: Boss Brain starts with personal subscriptions. Team plans are coming later. Tell us about your team.
